My Priorities for Cornelius

• Control High-Density Growth
  Oppose new high-density residential developments that don’t fit the character of our town, while supporting thoughtful, strategic growth.
• Keep Taxes Low
  Maintain financial responsibility and keep taxes low while protecting essential services.
• Invest in Public Safety
  Support and strengthen our Police and Fire departments to ensure safe neighborhoods.
• Improve Roads & Infrastructure
  Advance long-promised transportation and infrastructure projects to keep Cornelius moving.
• Expand Parks & Recreation
  Enhance local programs, parks, and green spaces to promote a true “live, work, play” lifestyle.
• Boost Business Development
  Attract more local businesses to support a growing population and strengthen our tax base.
