Serves at least 4-6 people and it freezes well.
Ingredients:
Olive oil for cooking the Onions, Ginger, Garlic and Mushrooms
Grated Ginger root-to taste. I love lots of it and it is so good for you.
4-6 cloves of Garlic peeled and finely diced.
1 package of Bone Broth or -Vegetable stock for vegans- and 2 cups of water
1 cup of White Wine
½ cup Chives
1 small finely diced Chili Pepper (Optional)
1 bag of diced Cauliflower
1 large bag Mushrooms- I love lots
2-3 Chicken Breasts
Sour Cream to garnish the soup
Lemon Juice- again to taste but at least 1 tablespoon
I bought my spices from Savory Spice in Birkdale- 3 of my favorite spices I put in almost everything- Black Garlic salt, Black Truffle Parmesan Seasoning and Black Label Reserve Smoked Salt & Pepper. At least 1 tablespoon of each but start slowly and keep tasting and adding to your taste.

Dinner in ONE Pot!
Feel free to add carrots, broccoli, beans and other vegetables, as desired. Having just had it- I would have put chopped spinach in it as well.
If you don’t like spicies add cinnamon instead of garlic, ginger and chili pepper. Cinnamon is also very good for you.
