We are in prime location, in the heart of the Art District in Downtown Cornelius, directly across the street from the Cain Center for the Arts, on Festival Street in the Lake Norman Social District in the Town Center of Cornelius.
Through the summer, You will find a combination of artists selected from the LKN Creatives database at Pop Up Shop LKN .
The experience is called “Local is the Focal” with original works of photography by Deborah Young, ceramics created by Throne Pottery and custom graphic apparel from “LKN Local”
Deborah Young’s works are displayed and available on canvas and printed cards.
Throne Pottery has released an exclusive line featuring the Old Town Cornelius brand.
LKN Local is featured with a selection of their trendy and comfortable hats, tees, hoodies, and fleece blankets.

The open house hours are Tuesday-Saturday 12p-6p, by appointment and for special events.
Jess Boye is the Director of Operations for Eventive Venues. Pop Up Shop is the latest Eventive Venues venture. Other venues curated, coordinated and programed by Jess include Brick Row, Seven Oaks and Studio 13 located at the historic Oak Street Mill. She is also Event Coordinator for Sips LKN, a mobile bar and mixology service and Shuttlebus LKN.
Jess is a founding member of the Old Town Cornelius (OTC) organization, working to cultivate community through immersive cultural art experience.
Jess can offer additional services ranging from simple to complex administrative tasks, project management, digital marketing and event coordination.

I found myself at the helm of these endeavors through a series of incubated ideas that have now come to fruition in the heart of Old Town Cornelius. I look forward to continuing to spread positivity through immersive creative experiences.
Eventive Venues is all about celebrating Life’s Moments in an impactful way, whatever that means to you. Eventive Venues identifies places and spaces to curate and to open these environments as flexible use venues. A place to celebrate our shared experience. Fundamentally, what else is there?
