Tapas Cooking class with Sun Raised Foods and Chef Alyssa

Thursday, May 11th, we are planning a Tapas (Spanish for small savory dishes) Cooking Class at Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen in Charlotte.
Join us for a Mediterranean style menu that includes a dish cooked on the Big Green Egg.
Each dish on the menu is a station! Different than a traditional class, guests will be led by a chef at each station to create the dish and then enjoy it right away before moving to the next one in a free flowing format. You’ll rotate on your own (in no particular order) from station to station. By the end of the evening, you’ll leave having a delicious meal and recipes to recreate everything!
Guest will arrive at 6:00 pm. Cooking will begin at 6:15 pm. Drinks will be available for purchase.

Lamb and Eggplant Empanadas

Skillet Crispy Potato Salad with Micro Basil and Pickled Onions (GF)

Dessert (not an interactive station): Chocolate Layered Cake
